Why we exist

Agile Tribe was created by consultants for consultants. We simply wanted to be part of a company where we, together, build the best possible workplace for ourselves. Our conviction is that this also creates the best conditions for delivering value to our clients.

Being part of Agile Tribe should mean that you always have support and help when you need it. You should also have a natural place to test your ideas and to help others grow.

We believe in great personal freedom combined with dynamic collaboration in smaller groups.

There are many good consulting firms in Sweden today — but we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for. That's why Agile Tribe exists.

Compensation / 03

Transparent by design

At Agile Tribe we have a fully transparent compensation model based on economic risk-taking. In short: whoever takes the most economic risk receives the highest compensation. The risk level is an agreement between the company and you as a member of Agile Tribe.

We have no annual salary reviews — whenever it feels right, you can sit down for a conversation about the compensation model. It's based on a mutual understanding that nobody should feel taken advantage of.

All compensation models are fully transparent within the company to avoid speculation. We are all at different points in life with different needs for economic security versus risk-taking.

In our model, you choose how to allocate the compensation we agree on. For example:

  • Vacation days
  • Occupational pension
  • Bonus system
  • Company car
  • Skills development

Assignments / 04

Deliberate work

Thriving on the assignment is a given for us. If an assignment doesn't feel right, we will actively work to find a solution that's good for all parties involved.

Our base is in the Stockholm area, but we believe you should live and work where you feel best. We fully support remote work and actively search for the best match between client needs and you as part of Agile Tribe.

It's important to us that you feel supported and have room to grow inside the company — that you're not entirely consumed by your assignment. We want a base for development, support, and inspiration among your colleagues at Agile Tribe.
