Training in
agile and
team building

Short, facilitator-led training that changes how teams work — built on learning by doing, not slide decks.

Principles / 02

How we
train

01
Learning by doing
People remember what they practiced, not what they were told. Every session ends with something to try at work tomorrow.
02
Short, focused sessions
60-minute facilitator-led loops beat day-long workshops. Smaller batches, faster feedback, less fatigue.
03
Team over individual
We train teams together so they leave with shared language, shared agreements, and the same mental models.
04
Built on real situations
Exercises use the team's actual context — not generic case studies — so the learning transfers immediately.

FAQ / 04

Common
questions

01Is this classroom training?
+

No. We use the 4C model and Training from the Back of the Room — short concept, lots of practice, active reflection. People do the work in the room.

02How long are the sessions?
+

Learning Loops are 60 minutes. Kick-offs and labs run from a few hours to two days depending on the goal.

03Can you train a whole team at once?
+

Yes — that's the default. We train teams together so they leave with shared agreements they can use the next day.

04Do you train remote teams?
+

Yes. Learning Loops are designed for remote facilitation. We also run on-site and hybrid formats when that fits better.
